Is there anything harder than a Skull and Crossbones? Pirates used it to let people know they were about to get fucked up. Biochemical industries use it to let people know they might die if they get complacent. And pretty much every other industry uses it to warn of imminent mortal danger.

So I made it neon. Because honestly I just love hanging out in places with a blacklight and wanted to see this little badass glowing in the darkness. Spider webs are synonymous with tattooing if I’m ever unsure what to draw I find myself doodling these webs and little bugs caught in them. A sheet of flash I had drawn years ago inspired the song “Why A Butterfly Cant Love A Spider” and when I sat down to draw this new capsule this Spider of Death fell straight out.

This little venomous red widow has a radioactive secret in homage to one of our favourite superheroes.

We love tattooing, and we love music so naturally, we wanted something that we could easily take to tattoo conventions and festivals that were bright and easily recognisable but also sturdy enough to withstand a good adventure and deep enough to carry a good haul of machines or records!

Having a logo that everyone can recognise easily is the sign of a good brand, being able to draw said logo out of skulls and bones is awesome. I was sat on the couch watching returns of Rock of Love, and I started drawing this design, when the episode finished I looked at what I had drawn and was really happy that at least that hadn’t been a waste of the past.
